The company responds for any manufacturing defect but not for accident damage, mishandling, misuse or improper installation of the saddlebag.
The product must be delivered in order to evaluate the warranty in our sudio. (San Felipe and Santiago). The product must be clean and with the bill attached.
Coordination must be done through the Customer Service section.
All the products offered by us are guaranteed for three months in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty. If the item has a manufacturing defect it must be sent to the manufacturer. The waiting time will vary depending on technical service´s time of each brand.
We are committed to repairing, replacing or bring about any corresponding payment if any of your products suffer a factory defect, subject to the factories final decision.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of the product if the returned item doesn’t meet the conditions listed in our return policy.
